How to prepare a quote or order Browse our Catalogue by searching or by menu navigation. Click on any items that you wish to buy and add them to your quote list. You can abort the process at any stage. After you have finished your selection, and have checked your completed quote list, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. When ordering doors we strongly recommend that you print a copy of our doors checklist section.

Collection: The total amount you pay is the same regardless of the payment method. When paying by cheque or transfer, we will contact you within 24 hours of receiving order to arrange delivery schedule. Credit Card Security
Orders All orders are subject to acceptance in accordance with our order acceptance policy below. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.
Order acceptance policy Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch of the Products ordered to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with our cancellation policy. Non-acceptance of an order may be as a result of one of the following: · The product you ordered being unavailable from stock · If your payment is not authorised for any reason · The identification of a pricing or product description error If there are any problems with your order, we will contact you by email or telephone.

Cancellation policy If you wish to change or cancel an order please contact our sales staff on Free phone 0800 028 5588 9am-5pm Mon-Fri, 10am-4pm Sat & Sun. Please quote order number and date of the order.
Orders are normally processed immediately so we may have already packaged your order and made arrangements for it to be sent to you. If this is the case then we cannot always stop the order from being sent. Once you receive the order, you will have to return it to us within 10 working days of delivery see our returns policy below. If you wish to cancel the order after delivery, we will refund the cost of the item plus the cost of delivery.
Returns and Refunds Policy We make every effort to ensure the product you purchase is delivered to you in perfect condition. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, please contact us on free phone 0800 028 5588. With the exception of made to order items, any item can be returned to us for a full refund. Item must be returned within 10 working days undamaged, and in its original packing. After inspection at our Musselburgh depot, refund will be issued immediately. Please call us on free phone 0800 028 5588 (7 Days) for any other information on returning goods. All doors and panels, and many cabinets (including standard sizes), are made to order, and therefore cannot be cancelled or returned after production.
Delivery Schedule We will contact you by email within 24 hours of receipt of your order, and arrange delivery at this time. Made to measure items such as vinyl doors and off standard cabinets are dispatched within 14 days of ordering. Solid wood doors are dispatched within 5 weeks of ordering. All other items are normally dispatched within 5 working days. Items are sent either by Royal Mail or APC couriers depending on the size and weight.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.
